What is your Recruiting pricing model?

We keep our pricing model simple and transparent, so you always know what to expect and there are no surprises. Plus, you only pay a fee when you hire one of our candidates!

How our contingent search fees work:

  • Calculate our fee by multiplying 20-30% by the first-year earnings of the candidate.
  • Depending on the complexity of the search, we may ask for an engagement fee to start.

Factors affecting the contingent search fee:

  • Exclusivity of the search (Are we the only firm working on your role?).
  • Flexible search requirements such as skills, experience, and location.
  • The volume of positions to fill.
  • The difficulty of the search (based on market conditions, skillset availability, and more).

Pricing for Temp to Hire is as follows:

  • Our temp-to-hire fee is calculated as a percentage of the first-year salary. The fee decreases the more hours worked
  • There are no fees if either the client or the candidate decides not to move forward at any time
