As a Production Designer, you will ensure timely and cost-effective project completion by providing graphic production and digital support for packaging, labeling, and other materials. You will work closely with the project coordinator and cross-functional teams to produce mechanical files that meet all specifications for print and digital mediums.
This role involves maintaining high-quality standards according to corporate and production guidelines. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of production files, image libraries, and server backups. Additionally, you will assist in preparing graphic files for outside suppliers and ensure all deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional results that support our commitment to high-quality diabetes care products.

Day in the Life of a Production Designer:
- Provide graphic production support for print and digital packaging projects.
- Convert software file formats, prepare mechanicals, and create dummies.
- Assist in preparing graphic files for outside suppliers.
- Maintain production files, image library, and server backups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project specifications.
Qualifications of a Production Designer:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BFA/BA) or equivalent work experience and education.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Experienced in producing packaging and labeling artwork.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
