As the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through innovative brand strategies and strong leadership. You will manage an expanding marketing team to spearhead product launches, brand refresh initiatives, and performance-driven marketing campaigns.

As the leader of a vibrant team, you will guide product marketing, e-commerce, and advertising efforts to meet business objectives, enhance brand awareness, and optimize customer and advisor engagement. Your data-driven insights will help lead a comprehensive marketing roadmap for our client, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued revenue growth.

  • Hours per week: 40 hours
  • Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid)

Day in the Life of a Vice President of Marketing:

  • Oversee brand refresh initiatives, including website and packaging updates.
  • Lead the development of performance marketing, including digital advertising and paid search.
  • Collaborate on product marketing strategies to engage customers and advisors.
  • Manage marketing team members and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and adapt strategies for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications of a Vice President of Marketing:

  • 10+ years in marketing roles focused on brand, acquisition, or performance growth.
  • 3+ years working with direct sales or affiliate models.
  • Experience managing marketing teams of 5+ members.
  • Proven expertise in digital acquisition platforms like YouTube and Google Ads.
  • Hands-on experience in a high-growth environment driving sales growth.
