As a Print Producer, you will oversee print production processes, ensuring quality and accuracy across various direct mail campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to analyze data, proof content, and manage production timelines, ensuring all print materials meet security and auditing standards.

This role requires strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail, particularly in proofing and data accuracy.

Day in the Life of a Print Producer:
- Manage the print production process for multiple direct mail projects.
- Analyze and proof data across campaigns to optimize production.
- Use Excel to track and adjust campaigns based on data insights.
- Ensure all client deliverables are accurate, on time, and meet quality standards.
- Play a vital role in managing the security and auditing of print collateral, ensuring that all materials meet high data protection standards, particularly within healthcare-focused projects.
- Oversee large-scale printing projects, managing thousands of deliverables with precision.
Qualifications of a Print Producer:
- 4+ years of relevant print production experience.
- Experience with data proofing across multiple campaigns and clients.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Expertise in print production and digital mail processes.
- Proficient in reviewing printer PDF proofs (Acrobat) and conducting hard proof reviews.
- Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and proofing.
