Title: Social Media Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Social Media Content & Engagement Specialist, you will create and manage social content, driving engagement and growth.
Day in the Life:
- Develop and post content (images, videos) 3-5 times weekly on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with R&D and creative teams to deliver high-quality, engaging social assets.
- Analyze social media KPIs using various analytic tools and report findings to stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership on trends and share insights with marketing and management teams.
- Monitor and respond to consumer interactions, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
Your Qualifications:
- Three years of social media management experience, including platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
- Proven ability to create and edit content, particularly social images and short videos.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of social media best practices.
- Background in consumer brands, especially in mass retail and consumer packaged goods.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to strategic implementations.
