Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

Summary: Drive financial forecasting and analysis for revenue, expenses, and variance trends.
Role Overview:
As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will perform financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, supporting strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
Day in the Life:
- Conduct financial forecasting and analyze revenue and expenses.
- Evaluate profit and loss statements to identify trends and insights.
- Compile reports and make recommendations for leadership.
- Provide operational specifications for financial information systems.
- Support process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
- Proven success implementing process improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
