Summary: Drive compelling, customer-centric content strategies across digital channels for physician and healthcare audiences.
Role Overview:
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will create and execute customer-focused content strategies across digital channels, driving marketing objectives and optimizing engagement.
Day in the Life:
- Develop content and communication plans for healthcare audiences using digital platforms.
- Utilize insights to craft content strategies, communication journeys, and measurable goals.
- Create compelling digital content assets, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Analyze content performance to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of content strategy or marketing campaign experience in a regulated healthcare environment (Medical Device, Pharma, Biotech, Consumer Health, etc).
- Experience creating content for multi-channel use, including digital storytelling and copywriting.
- Proficiency in managing agency and vendor partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
