Provide exceptional customer support, addressing billing inquiries for uninsured and underinsured patients.

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will resolve patient billing inquiries with clarity and empathy, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with organizational standards.

Day in the Life:

  • Address patient-family billing inquiries, explaining account balances and billing details.
  • Resolve questions and perform follow-up on unresolved concerns.
  • Collaborate with departments to research patient billing history.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and PCI standards in communication.
  • Deliver professional, timely responses using phone and computer systems.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with various PC applications and phone systems.
  • Knowledge of billing, follow-up processes, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
