Summary: Drive technical analysis and support digital platform enhancements for seamless member health plan interactions.

Role Overview:
As a Digital Technical Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams to enhance our member portal. You will support re-platforming efforts and ensure solutions align with strategic goals.

Day in the Life:

  • Partner with the Digital Product Owner to gather and document technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate across teams to align on solutions and deliverables.
  • Support re-platforming efforts by optimizing core member functionalities.
  • Ensure quality assurance through testing and validation processes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of professional experience.
  • 1 year as a Technical Analyst or similar role in digital channels.
  • Experience with APIs, system integrations, and large-scale migrations.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Strong technical aptitude and passion for exceptional user experiences.
