Summary: Drive technical analysis and support digital platform enhancements for seamless member health plan interactions.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Technical Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams to enhance our member portal. You will support re-platforming efforts and ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
Day in the Life:
- Partner with the Digital Product Owner to gather and document technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications.
- Collaborate across teams to align on solutions and deliverables.
- Support re-platforming efforts by optimizing core member functionalities.
- Ensure quality assurance through testing and validation processes.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of professional experience.
- 1 year as a Technical Analyst or similar role in digital channels.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and large-scale migrations.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Strong technical aptitude and passion for exceptional user experiences.
