Summary: Drive authenticated digital member experience improvements to enhance health care engagement and adoption.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Product Owner, you will enhance digital member experiences by delivering data-driven solutions to improve engagement, adoption, and health outcomes.
Day in the Life:
- Assess value and prioritize stories, epics, and themes for maximum product alignment and impact.
- Define and measure KPIs for features, adapting backlogs to meet user insights.
- Decompose features into detailed, actionable user stories for development.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, mitigating impediments to successful sprint completion.
- Research market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent professional experience required.
- 1-3 years as a Digital Product Owner; Agile process expertise is required.
- SCRUM certification and Agile training preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Health care experience is a plus but not required.
