Summary:
Drive resource allocation and process optimization to ensure streamlined workflows and project efficiency.
Role Overview:
As a Traffic Manager, you will allocate resources, streamline processes, and optimize workflows to ensure projects meet deadlines and maximize team efficiency.
Day in the Life:
- Allocate team members and freelancers based on skills, availability, and project needs.
- Monitor schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement workflows to improve agency-wide efficiency.
- Analyze workloads to proactively adjust assignments and avoid bottlenecks.
- Act as a communication hub, aligning teams on priorities and timelines.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in traffic management within marketing or creative agencies.
- Expertise in project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills for team coordination.
- Degree in marketing, project management, or a related field.
