Summary
Drive onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
Role Overview
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will oversee onboarding processes, collaborating with leadership to ensure a successful new hire experience.
Day in the Life
- Organize onboarding processes for new hires within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team.
- Communicate with candidates pre-hire and facilitate introduction calls with leadership.
- Order and coordinate distribution of welcome kits for new hires.
- Host onboarding calls during week one to ensure smooth integration.
- Collaborate with CAS leadership and training teams to support transitions.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in onboarding or human resources.
- Requires a University Degree; advanced degree with 0 years of experience also considered.
- Demonstrated experience in hiring and onboarding processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
