Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of custom modular exhibit projects for events and exhibitions.

Role Overview

As a Modular Exhibit Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of custom modular exhibit projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes that amplify clients’ brands.

Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to align on project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and estimates in partnership with Operations and Estimating teams.
  • Coordinate production and logistics for exhibit components with vendors and internal teams.
  • Monitor budgets and timelines, mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular project updates and foster a collaborative environment among stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of production project management experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Vectorworks.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in warehouse environments as needed.
