Role Overview

As a Director of Marketing Communications and Events, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional collaborations, and oversee events and communications to drive customer engagement and business success.

Day in the Life

  • Develop and implement customer-centric marketing and event strategies.
  • Oversee omni-channel content creation for audience engagement and business alignment.
  • Manage team performance, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment on messaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex marketing strategies and events.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and methodologies.
