Summary:

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Strategist, you will analyze trends, craft strategies, and enable marketing and field-based teams to enhance patient referrals and partnerships within the hematology-oncology market.
Day in the Life:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in hematology-oncology.
- Develop strategies to drive engagement with diverse patient populations and providers.
- Create stakeholder engagement plans to build strategic partnerships.
- Design a go-to-market strategy, including timelines and actionable milestones.
- Establish success metrics and frameworks for tracking growth and impact.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in hematology-oncology markets, with expertise in community-based patient services.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in marketing, healthcare, or related field preferred.
- Proven success in creating go-to-market strategies and driving systemic solutions.
- Experience analyzing competitive landscapes and market trends.
- Strong knowledge of patient referral pathways and provider engagement best practices.
