Summary:
Create and edit professional bios and collateral material for healthcare professionals, adhering to brand standards.
Role Overview:
As a Copywriter, you will develop and refine written content, ensuring bios meet brand guidelines and maintain quality standards.
Day in the Life:
- Write and edit doctor bios based on submitted questionnaires and brand standards
- Use PM software (Workfront) to manage assigned tasks and ensure timely project completion
- Communicate via email with professionals to clarify bio details as needed
- Edit and refine clinic materials such as office cards and collateral
- Ensure adherence to AP Style and organizational guidelines in all content
Your Qualifications:
- Experience writing bios or professional profiles; healthcare experience not required
- Proficiency with AP Style and adhering to brand guidelines
- Familiarity with project management software (Workfront experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Strong written communication and editing skills with attention to detail
