Role Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will oversee content development, community management, and website updates to enhance user experiences. You will collaborate globally to develop creative messaging, monitor web traffic, and support CRM campaigns while assisting with marketing materials and internal branding initiatives.
Day in the Life of a Marketing Specialist:
- Manage content creation, community engagement, and social media platforms
- Oversee website updates, ensuring usability and improved candidate experiences
- Monitor web traffic, build dashboards, and manage web analytics
- Support CRM campaigns and assist with marketing material development
- Collaborate on creative messaging and global branding efforts
Qualifications of a Marketing Specialist:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or social media
- Proficiency in editorial writing using AP Style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or design skills (preferred)
- Experience with data analysis and performance reporting
