Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will respond to customer inquiries, diagnose product issues, and provide troubleshooting solutions. You will document complaints, ensure compliance with quality standards, and communicate product trends to internal teams for resolution.

Day in the Life of a Senior Product Support Specialist:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting solutions
  • Analyze complaints and diagnose probable causes
  • Document complaints in accordance with quality standards
  • Recognize and report product issue trends
  • Educate customers on product usage and best practices

Qualifications of a Senior Product Support Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences or medically related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in an FDA-regulated environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
  • Proficiency with databases and computer software
