Summary:
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience for. Lead a team to optimize our website, digital marketing, and platform management while ensuring seamless integration across all digital channels.
Role Overview:
As a Director of eCommerce, you will oversee the strategy and execution of our online sales efforts, focusing on driving revenue growth, optimizing the user experience, and expanding our digital presence. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure our platform offers the best experience for our customers. Your leadership will guide a dynamic team, foster innovation, and ensure the growth of our e-commerce initiatives.
Day in the Life:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business growth targets.
- Manage revenue growth through initiatives like product bundling, promotions, and seasonal marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Service teams to optimize offerings.
- Oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Analyze digital sales data and industry trends to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, with 3+ years in senior leadership.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
