Pay Information: $32 – $36/hour

Role Overview:
As a Global Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in driving awareness and engagement for branded products worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing agencies to execute integrated communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing project schedules, ensuring brand compliance, and supporting the development of campaign assets and foundational product content. Your expertise will contribute to the success of marketing programs and external communications that align with business objectives.
Day in the Life:
- Support the development and execution of global marketing communications programs to drive awareness.
- Manage cross-functional teams and agencies to align on program execution and deliverables.
- Proofread and ensure brand compliance across marketing materials.
- Proactively manage project timelines, estimates, and creative briefs to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee the development of product content and campaign assets, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
- Minimum 4 years of agency or corporate marketing experience, including project management.
- At least 2 years leading cross-functional marketing projects.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and creative brief development skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
