Summary:
Develop training materials and assess instructional effectiveness.
Role Overview:
As an Associate Instructional Designer, you will assess training needs, design curricula, and implement instructional strategies to improve individual and organizational performance. You will evaluate training effectiveness, support performance improvement initiatives, and introduce innovative training approaches to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Day in the Life of an Associate Instructional Designer:
- Design and develop training curricula and materials
- Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Implement instructional strategies to enhance job performance
- Consult on instructional design and performance improvement
- Lead training projects and support team interventions
Qualifications of an Associate Instructional Designer:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of training or instructional design experience
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to assess performance and develop effective training programs
