Brand Experience Lead

Summary:

Oversee creative production across various content mediums.

As a Brand Experience Lead, you will manage the production of video, digital, audio, and non-traditional content for our client’s leading brands. Your role is to bridge brand business challenges with top-tier creative executions, ensuring speed, quality, and efficiency throughout the production process. You will act as an in-house content production expert, guiding brand teams and removing obstacles to streamline creative workflows.

Your ability to influence production partner selection, manage multiple large projects, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery will be crucial in supporting the brand’s goals. You will also play a key role in the rollout of creative production workflow tools.

  • Hours per week: 37.5 hours
  • Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Day in the Life of a Brand Experience Lead:

  • Guide brand teams through the creative production process.
  • Oversee multiple large-scale projects and manage production workflows.
  • Resolve issues and remove blockers to maintain project timelines.
  • Deliver regular status reports and budget analyses for ongoing projects.
  • Support the implementation of creative production workflow tools.

Qualifications of a Brand Experience Lead:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Film.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in creative production or related fields.
  • Expertise in production processes, including bidding and content trafficking.
  • Experience with large-scale advertising campaigns and consumer brands.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills.
