Summary:
Develop and execute a centralized content and messaging strategy across all channels. Oversee Advisor and direct-to-consumer (D2C) communications to ensure consistency and engagement. Lead content planning, brand storytelling, and platform improvements to enhance communication efficiency and effectiveness.
Role Overview:
As a Communications Manager, you will manage and align all marketing communications and content strategies, ensuring a unified brand voice across digital and traditional channels. You will oversee messaging for Advisor and D2C audiences, maintain a content calendar, and lead the transition to a more effective Advisor communication platform. Working closely with brand, email, and digital marketing teams, you will drive content that supports recruitment, product launches, and brand awareness.
Day in the Life of a Communications Manager:
- Develop and maintain a centralized content calendar for Advisor and D2C messaging.
- Oversee brand messaging consistency across email, website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Lead the transition to a new Advisor communications platform.

Qualifications of a Communications Manager
- 5+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing and messaging.
- Proven leadership or managerial experience in content or marketing roles.
- Strong project management skills to drive content planning and execution.
- Experience with marketing platforms, content management systems, and digital tools.
