Summary:
Provide quality data entry and compliance tracking.
Role Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will perform data entry within a quality and compliance environment. You will manage reports, update job descriptions, track training completions, and ensure accuracy in multiple learning management systems. Working with leadership, you will assess gaps, pull reports, and maintain regulatory compliance.ng requirements and ensure compliance with design standards.
Day in the Life:
- Perform data entry in a quality and compliance environment
- Manage learning management system (LMS) assignments and reports
- Track training completions and identify compliance gaps
- Review and update job descriptions as needed
- Collaborate with leadership on training and compliance needs
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma with 5-6 years of experience (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Data entry experience in a regulated or quality environment
- Experience with LMS, Agile, Oracle, or compliance systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess training compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and technical writing is a plus
