Summary:
Drive strategic client relationships and account growth through exceptional service and digital strategy expertise.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Account Manager, you will manage strategy and account health to retain and grow client relationships. You will deliver exceptional standards to drive outcomes and build trust.
Day in the Life:
- Develop strategic plans and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
- Proactively manage and grow client accounts to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead discussions on large-scale strategy, roadmaps, and opportunities for account expansion.
- Ensure all deliverables meet established standards and drive results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals and processes.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing strategy.
- Experience with large-scale web/digital initiatives.
- Have to have Agency Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships successfully.
- Expertise in digital marketing trends and strategy development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
