As a Digital Asset Management Librarian, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital content within our clients’ Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure digital assets are accessible, well-organized, and adhere to brand standards.
This role includes overseeing asset tagging, taxonomy management, and platform troubleshooting to provide a seamless, single-source library for brand content. Additionally, you will support user training, enforce asset lifecycle processes, and contribute to special projects as directed by the Brand Experience Operations Manager.

Day in the Life of a Digital Asset Management Librarian:
- Manage content organization, tagging, and indexing within the DAM platform.
- Provide training and support to users, enhancing DAM platform engagement.
- Act as the point of contact for content tagging, troubleshooting, and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and monitor assets for brand and metadata accuracy.
- Contribute to asset migration and special projects under leadership direction.
Qualifications of a Digital Asset Management Librarian:
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in enterprise-level digital asset management.
- Strong understanding of file formats, metadata tagging, and taxonomy management.
- Knowledge of DAM platforms, DRM standards, and web content best practices.
- Effective communicator with experience in cross-functional team settings.
