Role Overview
As a Director of Marketing Communications and Events, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional collaborations, and oversee events and communications to drive customer engagement and business success.
Day in the Life
- Develop and implement customer-centric marketing and event strategies.
- Oversee omni-channel content creation for audience engagement and business alignment.
- Manage team performance, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships.
- Ensure alignment on messaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
- 5+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing strategies and events.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and methodologies.
