Role Overview:
As a Director of Marketing, you will lead and implement marketing and eCommerce strategies aligned with business goals. You will oversee creative services, brand campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives while managing agency partners. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll ensure consistency across touchpoints, drive impactful marketing efforts, and foster professional development within your team.
Day in the Life of a Director of Marketing:
- Lead annual marketing strategy, budget allocation, and planning
- Oversee creative services and brand messaging across channels
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support key sales and marketing initiatives
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team
Qualifications of a Director of Marketing:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, including 5+ years in leadership
- Experience managing agencies and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, eCommerce, and data-driven decision-making
- Retail marketing experience or familiarity with farm and home industries preferred
