Role Overview:
As an eCommerce Manager, you will oversee all aspects of eCommerce operations, focusing on revenue growth, digital marketing, and user experience. You will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to optimize online sales, implement multi-channel strategies, and drive customer engagement.
Day in the Life of an Ecommerce Manager:
- Develop and execute eCommerce strategy with full P&L responsibility
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and retention programs
- Manage Omni-channel sales, including buy online, pick up in-store (BOPUS)
- Analyze sales and web analytics to drive data-informed decision-making
Qualifications of an Ecommerce Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or related field
- Experience managing website performance, digital marketing, and analytics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize diverse data sources
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
