Summary:
Create branded design solutions to support internal communications and marketing initiatives.
Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will develop and maintain branded design assets, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance communication strategies through innovative visuals.
Day in the Life:
- Design graphic assets and branded PowerPoint presentations using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Source images and implement designs aligned with branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Support SharePoint design, proofreading, and project management.
- Assist with in-person events to promote engagement and culture.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design and marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 0365 tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts.
