Summary:
Drive service contract sales and customer relationships.
Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage service contract sales, working closely with customers and internal teams to negotiate, execute, and maintain service agreements. You will analyze contract data, develop proposals, and ensure compliance with approved pricing and terms while fostering strong customer relationships.
Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Representative:
- Prospect, negotiate, and execute service contract sales
- Partner with sales teams to drive contract renewals and new agreements
- Analyze customer data to develop service proposals and quotations
- Manage customer interactions and resolve contract-related inquiries
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales performance
Your Qualifications of an Inside Sales Representative:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales or business administration experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing customer relationships and negotiating contracts
- Preferred experience in healthcare or service contract sales
