Summary: Drive email marketing programs through Eloqua.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will develop and optimize email marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua to drive impactful results for a medtech business.
Day in the Life:
- Build, test, and deploy email marketing programs in Eloqua
- Create and manage email segments, landing pages, and lead forms
- Upload and integrate lead data into CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure asset functionality
- Analyze campaign metrics to refine and enhance email programs
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of Marketing Automation experience
- Proficient with Eloqua (required)
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and CMS (AEM preferred) integrations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly proactive
