As a Medical Education Coordinator, you will oversee the planning and execution of internal and external educational events. You will coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all aspects of the events align with strategic goals and regulatory standards.

Day in the Life of a Medical Education Coordinator:
- Organize and manage all logistical aspects of educational events.
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors and venues.
- Handle budget tracking, billing, and cost reconciliation.
- Facilitate attendee experience through event promotion and registration management.
- Coordinate the shipment of demo products and training materials.
Qualifications of a Medical Education Coordinator:
- Experience in event coordination or logistical management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical education events preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
