You will identify the right mix of channels and tactics to meet specific business objectives while adapting to an evolving social landscape.

Day in the Life of an Organic Social Media Strategist:
- Develop and execute strategic organic social media campaigns.
- Determine optimal social channels and tactics to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with content and comms teams to align social strategies.
- Analyze social media performance to refine and optimize strategies.
- Provide input on content creation aligned with social media strategies.
Qualifications of an Organic Social Media Strategist:
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy development and execution.
- Proven ability to build and execute social media strategies from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of social media channels, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to translate business objectives into effective social strategies.
- Agency and broad marketing experience preferred; healthcare experience is not required.
