Summary:

Drive change management initiatives.

As an Organizational Change Manager, you will ensure the success of IT projects by increasing adoption and usage through strategic change initiatives. You will provide leadership focused on people, processes, systems, and technology, ensuring a smooth transition during organizational changes. By applying structured change management methodologies, you will address potential resistance and mitigate risks. Your goal is to enhance communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to support the business’s overall objectives.

  • Hours per week: 20-25 hours
  • Location: Abbott Park, IL (On-Site)

Day in the Life of an Organizational Change Manager:

  • Develop Project OCM Approach and Strategy documents.
  • Execute targeted change management plans.
  • Lead change impact analyses and assess readiness.
  • Support communication design, development, and delivery.
  • Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications of an Organizational Change Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, training, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in change management for global tech implementations.
  • PROSCI or similar Change Management Certification.
  • Strong communication skills for organization-wide messaging.Prior consulting experience with client-facing projects.
