Summary:
Drive graphic design, desktop publishing, and production packaging for innovative manufacturing requirements.
Role Overview:
As a Packaging Graphic Designer, you will create and manage artwork for packaging and product labeling, ensuring compliance with design standards.
Day in the Life:
- Design instruction documents, packaging, and product artwork to meet manufacturing standards.
- Verify vendor proofs, communicate changes, and ensure printed materials align with approved designs.
- Manage multiple projects while adapting to changes and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues during artwork development.
- Ensure adherence to artwork standards and procedures.
Your Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree required.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with MAC operating systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Background in label printing applications preferred.
