Summary
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of custom modular exhibit projects for events and exhibitions.
Role Overview
As a Modular Exhibit Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of custom modular exhibit projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes that amplify clients’ brands.
Day in the Life
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to align on project requirements and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and estimates in partnership with Operations and Estimating teams.
- Coordinate production and logistics for exhibit components with vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor budgets and timelines, mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular project updates and foster a collaborative environment among stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of production project management experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Vectorworks.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel and work in warehouse environments as needed.
