  • Pay Information: $41 – $45/hour
  • Location: Westbrook, ME (Onsite)

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead key initiatives supporting IVDR compliance and product improvement efforts. You’ll oversee all aspects of project management, from planning and cross-functional coordination to issue resolution and regulatory adherence. This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a regulated healthcare environment.

Day in the Life

  • Lead projects related to IVDR alongside regulatory, quality, and transfer teams.
  • Manage tasks, timelines, risks, and team ownership across global stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, define milestones, and set clear deliverables.
  • Support process improvements and ensure compliance throughout the project.
  • Use PFMEA to enhance product quality and reliability.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
  • 1+ years in a regulated or healthcare manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
