Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will lead key initiatives supporting IVDR compliance and product improvement efforts. You’ll oversee all aspects of project management, from planning and cross-functional coordination to issue resolution and regulatory adherence. This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a regulated healthcare environment.
Day in the Life
- Lead projects related to IVDR alongside regulatory, quality, and transfer teams.
- Manage tasks, timelines, risks, and team ownership across global stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, define milestones, and set clear deliverables.
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance throughout the project.
- Use PFMEA to enhance product quality and reliability.
Your Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Project Management or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
- 1+ years in a regulated or healthcare manufacturing environment preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
