Summary:

Manage and coordinate project subcomponents and cross-functional team activities.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee specific subcomponents of a project, assisting the Program Manager in ensuring project success. You will coordinate input from multiple areas, develop timelines, and manage milestones to meet project objectives.

Your role involves translating project goals into actionable tasks, preparing progress reports, and resolving issues while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. You will lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering an environment that supports effective collaboration and successful project completion.

  • Location: Little Canada, MN (Remote)

Day in the Life of a Project Manager:

  • Coordinate project activities and timelines with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including contingency strategies.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Lead team members in completing project tasks and achieving milestones.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications of a Project Manager:

  • Experience in coordinating projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage project timelines and milestones.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with quality and regulatory requirements.
