Role Overview:

As a Sales Analyst, you will support compensation pay cycles, reporting, and fleet administration while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. You will work cross-functionally to analyze and interpret data, provide insights, and optimize reporting processes. Strong technical skills and attention to detail will be key to success in this role.

Day in the Life of a Sales Analyst:

  • Manage compensation pay and reporting cycles with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize SAP and Business Objects for data analysis and reporting.
  • Support fleet administration and related processes.
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications of a Sales Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation pay and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Business Objects, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timeframes.
