As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients, leading key meetings and overseeing projects from concept to completion. In this role, you’ll drive strategic insights, analyze market opportunities, and contribute to creative solutions that benefit both the client and the agency.
You’ll mentor and guide a team of account executives and coordinators, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations. Thriving in a competitive industry, you will lead with innovation, managing multiple projects while maintaining a client-centric focus.

Day in the Life of a Senior Account Manager:
- Oversee training and daily operations for account executives and coordinators.
- Manage start-to-finish processes on recurring and new client projects.
- Ensure accurate communication of client change orders across the agency.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent, timely communication.
- Approve creative materials, production layouts, and project deliverables.
Qualifications of a Senior Account Manager:
- 5-7 years of agency or relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of management experience in a similar setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
