Summary:
Drive business analysis and solution design for patient access initiatives.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze solutions, and support process improvements. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and user needs.
Day in the Life of a Senior Business Analyst:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis and collaborate on solution design
- Facilitate meetings to align requirements and process flows
- Support cost analysis and IT estimations for solution implementation
- Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing
Your Qualifications of a Senior Business Analyst:
- Experience in business analysis and process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio)
- Proficiency in writing functional specifications, requirements, and process flow diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead discovery conversations and translate complex requirements
- Experience collaborating with UX teams, architects, and stakeholders
