Summary:

Drive and manage enterprise-wide integrated marketing programs.

As a Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs that align with the company’s reputational and growth objectives. You will be responsible for creating business cases, strategies, and budgets and executing omnichannel marketing initiatives that leverage paid, owned, earned, and shared content.

Your role includes overseeing content creation, managing partnerships and sponsorships, and developing KPIs to measure program impact. You will work independently under limited supervision, using your advanced knowledge to enhance processes, influence decision-making, and contribute to organizational goals.

  • Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Day in the Life of a Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing programs aligned with corporate goals.
  • Lead partnership and sponsorship strategies, including concept creation and activation.
  • Oversee content creation across various channels to achieve reputational objectives.
  • Track and measure the impact of marketing programs using KPIs and listening tools.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and manage project workflows.

Qualifications of a Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of integrated marketing strategies and project management.
  • Experience in developing and executing omni-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
