Summary:

Develop and implement enterprise-wide marketing programs, strategies, and partnerships to enhance brand reputation and drive growth. Oversee content creation, measure program impact, and optimize marketing efforts using omni-channel strategies and stakeholder engagement.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth and reputational objectives. You will drive sponsorship and partnership initiatives, create compelling content, and utilize omni-channel marketing models to engage audiences across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels. Additionally, you will develop KPIs, track program performance, and leverage insights to continuously enhance marketing strategies and outcomes.

Day in the Life:

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide integrated marketing programs to meet business objectives.
  • Lead sponsorship and partnership strategies, from concept to activation.
  • Oversee content creation and ensure it aligns with company messaging and reputation goals.
  • Use omni-channel strategies incorporating paid, owned, earned, and shared content.
  • Track and measure the impact of marketing programs using reputational KPIs and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Baccalaureate degree required (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, or 2 years with an advanced degree.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing and sponsorship management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
