As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will execute purchasing strategies, lead procurement initiatives, and ensure superior customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the procurement team.

Day in the Life of a Senior Procurement Specialist:
- Manage PO approvals up to $1,000,000 and resolve complex procurement issues.
- Drive supplier integration and develop KPIs for improved performance.
- Lead complex RFPs and small procurement projects, ensuring value and savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve procurement processes.
- Educate teams on procurement solutions and enable technology tool development.
Qualifications of a Senior Procurement Specialist:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of Procurement or functional experience required.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
