Pay Information: $28 – $34/hour

Role Overview:
As a Social Media Specialist, you will lead the creation of digital strategies that elevate the organization’s online presence. You’ll collaborate with other teams to produce content for recruitment marketing, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance to refine strategies. You will leverage your skills in content creation, video production, and social media engagement to drive results across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Your work will support the development of the company’s digital experiences, build brand awareness, and engage stakeholders.
Day in the Life:
- Develop and execute digital and social media strategies to support marketing campaigns.
- Create content for social media platforms and digital assets for recruitment marketing.
- Manage basic video production, media graphics, and copywriting for various channels.
- Analyze content performance and provide insights for campaign optimization.
- Maintain and update digital platforms and tools to deliver strategic campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).
- Experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best engagement practices.
