Role Overview:
As a Sr. Director of Marketing, you will drive marketing strategy through cross-functional collaboration, enhancing customer engagement and lifetime value while leveraging market insights and automation.
Day in the Life:
- Develop tailored marketing strategies supporting key business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Lead automation initiatives to optimize customer reach and cost-efficiency.
- Inspire, lead, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Track and analyze KPIs, refining strategies for continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in B2B Marketing; 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven success in multi-discipline marketing, automation, and strategy.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and data visualization.
