Summary:
Drive effective training and communications for transformation initiatives and organizational changes.
Role Overview:
As a Training & Communications Specialist, you will develop and deliver impactful training materials and communications, fostering change management across various platforms and stakeholders.
Day in the Life:
- Create and produce communications and training materials supporting transformation initiatives and organizational changes.
- Conduct and deliver training to Pricing & Contracting (P&C) teams, OU leadership, and commercial employees.
- Collaborate with SMEs, Product Owners, and leaders to ensure accurate training content.
- Communicate changes proactively, ensuring clarity and engagement across a global audience.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in training, communications, or change management.
- Expertise in CPQ platforms and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including negotiation proficiency.
- Proven ability to work independently, innovate, and manage competing priorities.
