As the VP of Creative, you will lead our client’s in-house creative department, overseeing the art direction, content, video production, web design, and brand strategy. You will shape the future of their marketing, guiding creative campaigns that captivate audiences and enhance the DTC experience.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing and working closely with the CEO, you’ll use your creative leadership to drive our client’s growth across multiple channels, including digital, social, and e-commerce platforms. This is a unique opportunity to redefine a beloved brand and lead our client into its next phase of expansion.

Day in the Life of a VP of Creative:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a creative team across various disciplines, including design, copywriting, and video production.
- Oversee the creative execution of e-commerce experiences, optimizing UX and conversion rates.
- Direct creative strategies for performance marketing, launching campaigns across digital platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including web, social, and product packaging.
- Develop our client’s brand identity, contributing to launches such as the dot-com and next-generation product marketing.
Qualifications of a VP of Creative:
- 10+ years in creative leadership roles, with DTC brand experience.
- Proven experience managing creative teams and delivering high-impact e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand work, with an emphasis on website design.
- Experience with acquisition marketing channels, including digital ads and social media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
