As the VP of Marketing, you will lead the customer acquisition strategy to scale our brand’s reach and drive conversions. You’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing marketing team, focusing on growing the customer base and improving conversion rates across all channels.
Your expertise in understanding the customer journey will be essential in optimizing the acquisition funnel and ensuring long-term growth.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee omnichannel marketing strategies, manage significant budgets, and ensure profitability while driving key marketing initiatives.

Day in the Life of a VP of Marketing:
- Oversee customer acquisition strategy and scale the company’s customer base.
- Lead a large marketing team with a focus on multi-channel marketing and inbound/outbound strategies.
- Develop and optimize the user journey to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets exceeding $25M, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to drive profitability and innovation.
Qualifications of a VP of Marketing:
- 7+ years of experience in customer acquisition and marketing strategy.
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets of $25M+ in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC), multi-channel, and omnichannel marketing, with deep knowledge of the customer journey.
- Experience scaling companies to $100M+ in revenue.
- Proficiency in inbound, outbound, and lead nurturing marketing strategies.
