This workshop will provide a comprehensive behavioral assessment to help you recognize the priorities, motivators, and stress triggers that shape your workplace experience.
Led by Dina Simon, an authorized trainer with the DiSC organization, this workshop will help you uncover how to build more productive and effective relationships at work by understanding the differences and similarities among the DiSC styles.
SLII®️ Workshop
SLII®️ means having the leadership mindset and skillset for getting what you need to succeed.
In this workshop, you will understand how to challenge assumed constraints, activate your points of power, practice being proactive in asking for direction and support, and learn how to set SMART goals.
Conversational Capacity
Guest author, Craig Weber, will join our capstone workshop to discuss the power of conversational capacity for constructive, learning-focused dialogue about difficult subjects, in challenging circumstances, and across tough boundaries.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how you can foster a team where candor and courage are balanced with curiosity and humility.
