Our Recruiting Process

Three Simple Steps

Celarity is a direct placement recruiting agency that works with Marketing, Creative, Digital, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources talent nationally.

Apply

Step 1 is to apply. Let us know you are interested in a new role. Share your experience, and background, and the types of positions that interest you. Check out current openings and submit your resume. Celarity receives new job orders almost daily, so we encourage you to check back regularly on our job openings page. If you don’t see the exact role you’re looking for, submit your resume anyway; our direct placement recruiters want to make connections with top talent!

Connect

Step 2 is to connect. Once you apply, we will direct your resume to a direct placement recruiter who will review your information and be in touch. If we think we may have a current opportunity, we’ll let you know. If we don’t have a current opportunity, we’ll let you know that as well. Either way, we thrive on making connections and want to connect with you to understand where you want to take your career.

Match

Step 3 is to match. Once we know you, your experience and background, and the types of positions that interest you, along with where you want to take your career, we’ll work to connect you with an organization where your unique expertise will be valued. The matching process isn’t always instant or even guaranteed. However, we are committed to Creating happy careers with meaningful connections and will do our best to make this happen for you.

FAQs

Your recruiting questions answered

Do Candidates Pay Recruiting Fees?

The simple answer is no.

Staffing & Recruiting services are not paid for by candidates. Clients engage Celarity to assist in their search for top talent, and we are paid by clients when we make these connections.

Hiring cycles can vary greatly, depending on many factors.

The U.S. Department of Labor reports a one-month average for each $10,000 in income earned (e.g., if your salary is $50,000, on average, it may take you five months to find a new position, from the start of your search to onboarding at a new company).

Clients engage Celarity to assist in their search for Marketing, Creative, Digital, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources candidates for contract, consultant, contract-to-hire, and direct placement searches.

We hire and place candidates in a variety of roles. A list of our most frequent roles, along with the job descriptions and salary information is available in the Positions We Hire section of our website.

Yes please!

We want to connect with and stay in touch with you. If we don’t have the perfect fit for you now, we still want you to keep in touch with us to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date information about your experience, background, and the types of positions that interest you, along with where you want to take your career.

No, not at all.

We want to support your career and help you find the right opportunity that will fulfill you. The more we understand your career aspirations, the more we can identify the right roles for you. We also encourage candidates to keep their profile up to date with us (e.g., let us know if you take a web design course) as it could make a difference in finding you the right next opportunity.

The short answer is yes.

Celarity hires consultants to fill roles with our large, reputable clients. Consultants are employed by Celarity and are eligible for overtime pay and receive benefits. Consulting is a growing part of the employment landscape, with nearly 17 million people in the United States working in a contract role.
